We've designed a simple four-step process that keeps you in control of your sale while we handle the complex administrative side of the transaction.
Once you're ready to begin, we open your transaction file with a $1,000 deposit and start the coordination process. The deposit is applied toward your $4,000 total flat fee.
Secure a buyer for your property through your own marketing, personal network, or private agreement. We do not represent either party — this step remains entirely yours.
Once a buyer and seller have reached an agreement, we coordinate the opening of escrow, organize disclosures, track deadlines, manage documents, and communicate with escrow, title, lenders, and other involved parties to keep the transaction on track through closing.
The remaining $3,000 balance is paid through escrow only if the transaction successfully closes — meaning no additional out-of-pocket payment beyond your $1,000 File Opening & Transaction Setup.
